CONFERENCE OF TRAINING FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN PRODUCTION, TRADING, SERVICE OF DONG THAP PROVINCE IN 2017

In recent years, Dong Thap province has received strong investment from domestic enterprises. Besides, the environmental issue has always been concerned and focused by the departments of Dong Thap province. Therefore, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Environmental Protection of Dong Thap province held an annual conference to explain and update the Government's circulars and decrees on environmental protection to other enterprises in Dong Thap province.

On November 28th, 2017, at the Hall of the Culture and Labor of Dong Thap Province, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Thap province cooperated with Van Lang Environment Company to hold a Conference Of Training For Environmental Protection In Production, Trading, Service Of Dong Thap Province In 2017.

At the conference, delegates who are representatives of businesses in the province were disseminated the effective legal documents on environmental protection promulgated in 2017, which can be mentioned as: Circular 31/2016/TT-BTNMT - environmental protection of industrial clusters, centralized zone of businesses and services, villages and production, business and service establishments; Circular 24/2017/TT-BTNMT on Technical Regulations for Environmental Monitoring, environmental criteria in the fisheries sector. In addition, businesses are also disseminated guiding documents on environmental protection, hazardous waste management, environmental incident prevention and response.
 

Through the training conference for helping businesses in Dong Thap province updates  information and new regulations on environmental protection; Deepening the knowledge about environmental protection, thereby enhancing the environmental protection responsibility of enterprises, making environmental protection plans at the unit. The conference is also an opportunity to exchange difficulties and problems in the implementation of legal documents in the field of environment, in order to help the units implement the environmental protection work better and better,  contributing to the development of sustainable production and business.
