Royal HaskoningDHV Vietnam has just signed a contract worth 9.5 million euros with Ba Ria - Vung Tau Urban Development and Drainage Company Limited (BUSADCO), providing a comprehensive wastewater treatment solution for the Phu My new urban area.
The project is funded by the Dutch government, as part of the Support for Infrastructure Development in Developing Countries (ORIO) program. The wastewater treatment plant will use biotechnology, with a treatment capacity of nearly 30,000 m3/day.
With 4 pumping stations, more than 100 km of collection pipeline network, which can connect with 15,000 households and more than 1,000 small and medium enterprises, the project will improve the sanitation conditions for residents and some The industrial park is still discharging wastewater directly into the environment without any treatment.
