OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Wastewater is brought into system through the center of the tank. Center’s pipes help diffusing regularly wastewater contains microbial sludge and diverts the flows. Sedimentation progress keeps continuing constantly from the center to scum trough.

Sludge scrapers system move constantly 24/24h. The bottom scappers concentrate settled sludge to the bottom and reflux them to the storage.

Floating scum is concentrated by moving arm to the scum trough and is automatically discharged. Center sludge scappers are designed for secondary sedimentation tank to remove suspended sediment and actived sludge.

Scum scrapers, sludge scrapers are placed on the center pivot. Center pivot is fixed at the center of the tank and rotate. The advantage of setting up steering motor at the center is to simplify the system in both structure and mechanism, it also simplifies the setting up of electrical supply system.

Beam frame
With the closed tank, taking advantage of the tank surface reinforced concrete structure instead of beams to place supporting platform. Open tanks use reinforced concrete beams or steel structure beams

Bottom scappers system
Includes pivot and moving arms. Center pivot connects to center support, scappers arm attach with blades to scap the sludge

Scum scappers system
Assembly structures of fixed scum scrapers on beam frame in order to scrap, gather the floating scum to the trough.

Building materials
The materials are set properly to ensure the economy, lifespan and aesthetic of works.
The beam frame on the surface is designed by strutural steel coating Epoxy paint or Zinc plating.
The Substructure parts is made from stainless steel SS304, SS316
